Our staff will source the appropriate prospects for the client, qualify the prospects’ authenticity, establish genuine interest from the prospects, and link them up with the client. Ken Carter Group will only source for the prospect as suits the needs of the client. Ken Carter Group does not negotiate for either party, and will not oversee the process after establishing contact between two parties.

Ken Carter Group’s Facilitator service sees more involvement from Ken Carter Group in the transaction, encompasses sourcing the appropriate prospects for the client, qualifying the prospects’ authenticity, establishing genuine interests from theprospects, negotiating with the prospects in the client’s best interests, and linking the prospects up with the client. Ken Carter Group represents the client in communications with the prospects, providing or requesting information to and from the prospects as required. Ken Carter Group also ensures that all documentations requested by the parties are in place.

| Ken Carter Group’s Advisor service engages Ken Carter Group in ongoing business development for the client. An Industrial Representative will be assigned to the client’s case, who will be involved in business development in areas specified by the client. During the period of the agreement, the Industrial Representative will actively source business development opportunities that match the client’s requests. The Industrial Representative will also be responsible for qualifying prospects’ authenticity, establishing genuine interests from prospects, negotiating with prospects, and presenting the opportunities to the clients. The Industrial Representative represents the client in communications with prospects, provides or requests information to and from prospects as required, and ensures that documentations are in place. |
