Due for completion in late 2008, the Golden Palm Tree Water Villas Resort, along with Sepang Walk, the commercial entertainment boulevard leading to the tree-shaped resort extending 1.2km into the Straits of Malacca, is Phase 1 of the world class development Sepang Gold Coast. The Golden Palm Tree Water Villas Resort was the only resort of its kind outside of Dubai. |

Mr. E describes Ken Carter Group’s future plans with Sepang Goldcoast, “They are now making detailed plans for the next development, Phase 2. We are already in preliminary discussions with some potential sub-agents to promote Phase 2 to the market once it is out. These agents have great track records in selling investment property, and we’re confident we will work well together.” |
