“Early May 2007, about 60% of the 366 units were sold. One month later, it is sold out. This comes to show that investors have seen the great potential that the project has, and were rushing in to ‘get a piece of the cake’.”

The whole Sepang Gold Coast project covers 4621 acres of prime estate, stretching across 22km of beach frontage. Developed as a joint venture between Sepang Goldcoast Sdn. Mr. E describes Ken Carter Group’s future plans with Sepang Goldcoast, “They are now making detailed plans for the next development, Phase 2. We are already in preliminary discussions with some potential sub-agents to promote Phase 2 to the market once it is out.
