The Golden Palm Tree Water Villas Resort, 366 units of tropical villas designed by a French architect along the lines of Maldives and Polynesia and furnished by Malaysia’s top interior designer, Axis Design, in Modern Malaysian flavor, is in the shape of a palm tree stretching 1.2km into the Straits of Malacca. | As an investment product, Sepang Gold Coast will lease the units from the owners and manage the complex as a 5-Star Resort Hotel. The lease-back agreement will provide a guaranteed 8% rental return for the first 2 years of hotel operation. Thereafter, owners will receive net returns after deductions of hotel management, operation, and maintenance costs. Lease will be in 3 year terms, for 5 terms, totaling 15 years. Based on projections, an 80% occupied hotel will return about 8.5% to the owners. | ||
